![]() The fun part of game play comes in the fact that not every way to earn points for leveling and powering up your character to be stronger in combat comes from just the standard point of clearing mobs, or completing quests. ![]() The quests for Maplestory 2 seem a little rudimentary and very taxing at times, but the storyline helps to move you along to set you up for the bigger goal that's headed our way in the game's patches to come. Proximity and repetition is the normalcy of any role playing game out there today, the boss battles are fun socially and combatant wise and dungeon clearing are beautifully made, granted the bots and cheese dungeon clears need to be removed. Now combat itself in Maplestory 2 is another feat that was somewhat reminiscent of the old play style of Maplestory with the added variable of 3D complexity. Cause a true mapler's goal is to make it face to face, side by side in the armaments of combat, PvP or PvE. It encompasses everything about the original game that you find solace in meeting each other on a local level (or on a world/channel based level if you're willing to pay for it). Socially the game is completely in a swirl of wonderful and at the same time just as toxic as it was back in Maplestory's heyday. Hard mode content requiring 10 man groups with coordination. ![]() Endgame: Worth hanging in there until the end. This game runs smoothly in most situations with the exception of world boss battles which will bring even an RTX Card to its knees due to the 200 plus people attacking a giant boss. It feels like Minecraft had a baby with Mario. Pay Structure: Free to play the game with the option to pay for pricy RNG outfits or the more useful functional add-ons - ( Bot fishing and Easy Gathering through a badge purchase and/or Unlimited Teleporting and other benefits through a well-priced premium service). Worth a play, or even a shift in thought towards what the future of MMO Gaming will become. Pure joyful exploration covering a surprisingly complex MMO skeleton.
